VivaCell-MTS launches “Video Kiosk” project

Yerevan/Mediamax/. VivaCell-MTS announces the launch of the new “Video Kiosk” project. The project is set to facilitate the Armenian historical monument awareness in the world.

The first video device is placed near the St Gayane Church in Etchmiatsin. Anyone interested can shoot a one-minute long video and send it to the preferred e-mail address by paying AMD 500. The location of the device allows having the church on the background of the video. The message contains a link to information about the monument, so that the recipient of the video can both see the greeting and familiarize oneself with the history of the historical site. The device also offers an opportunity to send the message in English, Armenian, or Russian.

“The video kiosk offers the easiest way for capturing and sharing exiting moments through video messages online applying modern technologies offered by VivaCell-MTS. It drastically reduces time needed for capturing video and sharing experience with the members of family and friends who are far away. Providing a convenient way of collecting memories about historical, religious and cultural sites, this solution helps create emotional bones between visitors and masterpieces of Armenian culture,” commented VivaCell-MTS General Manager Ralph Yirikian.

Another 8 similar devices are planned to be installed near the historical and cultural monuments located on the territory of the Republic of Armenia within the next two months.

The complete information about the historical and cultural monuments is provided by the Mother See of Holy Etchmiatsin.
