ArmenTel registers unauthorized calls from its phone stations

Yerevan/Mediamax/. ArmenTel (Beeline trademark) found out break-ins and unauthorized calls from the software phone stations operating on Asterisk system.

The break-in allows culprits to generate calls in various international directions and as a result the clients have to pay money for calls they didn’t make, the company reports.

The company calls on its corporate customers using Asterisk-based software phone stations to check up the relevant settings to avoid unauthorized calls. The instruction is placed on safe.beeline.am page of “ArmenTel” official site.

It is recommended to immediately call to law enforcement agencies if detecting calls made in suspicious directions.
