Yerevan/Mediamax/. “ArmenTel” (Beeline trademark) announced increase of the number of roaming partners today.
Now Beeline 3G roaming is available in 47 countries, and GPRS roaming - in 65 countries, Mediamax was informed in the company press service.
In February, two-way 3G roaming was launched for Beeline subscribers with operators in Macedonia, the Czech Republic, Portugal, Hong Kong and Indonesia, and two-way GPRS roaming in Great Britain, Macedonia and Pakistan.
The list of operators, the subscribers of which may use 3G and GPRS roaming in “ArmenTel” mobile network was replenished by companies from Denmark, Sweden, Albania, Romania, Bangladesh, Australia and Kyrgyzstan.
““ArmenTel” is the traditional leader in Armenia as to the number of roaming partners. It is extremely important for us for our subscribers to receive the level of comfort there are used to, including internet access by means of a cell phone, no matter their location”, Head of “ArmenTel” Igor Klimko stated.
The total number of “ArmenTel” roaming partners makes 498 operators in 220 countries today.
