VivaCell-MTS and the “Junior Achievement of Armenia” take hands-on steps to encourage innovative thinking and develop entrepreneurial skills among high school students.
Օrganization of “Business Assignment” contests in the frames of summer camps is an important component of the jointly implemented project.
The members of the team, the winner of this year’s “Business Assignment” contest, were awarded with “MTS Smart Start” smartphones and were hosted at the VivaCell-MTS headquarters. The combination of the experience shared by Armenia’s leading telecommunications operator and the skills gained during the contest will help the teenagers get a clear picture of the marketing solutions necessary in business management practice to achieve best results and be guided with responsibility.
“Participation and achievements in various contests are relative values. The most important is the sustainable knowledge obtained on that road. Finding non-standard solutions which are logical and convincing from the marketing perspective require analytical skills, flexibility of mind and aptitude to turn ideas into projects. You solved the problem you were offered by the business assignment. We are happy to greet you at the company, which is a leader in the sphere of telecommunications,” mentioned VivaCell-MTS General Manager Ralph Yirikian.
To remind, the contest was organized in the frames of the Entrepreneurship and Civic Activism Program financed by the US Agency for International Development (USAID).
