Ucom comments on the issue of Euro-2016 broadcast

Matches of the 2016 UEFA European Championship are not broadcasted on Ucom TV cable network, as the Public TV Company of Armenia holds the exclusive rights on their coverage on the territory of Armenia. 

Ucom informed Mediamax about this.

It is worth noticing that the Public TV Company made an official statement about the exclusive rights on the championship coverage, “which means that matches of the UEFA European Championship can be broadcasted on the territory of Armenia only by the Public TV Company of Armenia.”

The Public TV Company also published the official note of European Broadcasting Union (EBU) regarding the rights to broadcast the mathes.
