Armenian Arloopa company participated in two international VR and AR (virtual and augmented reality) conferences this month in Moscow and London.
Arloopa co-founder and CEO Arman Atoyan told Itel.am details on their participation in the conference and exhibition.
“In general, participants of International Conference on Augmented and Virtual Reality on March 10 in Moscow were Russian companies, and there were several guests from abroad. We took part both in Expo and the conference. We presented our AR & VR solutions within the Expo. The subject of the conference was the future of VR games, and we also discussed positive and negative trends in the industry,” told Arman Atoyan.
He noted that they had interesting meetings with companies working on Russian market. According to Arman Atoyan, they received a number of cooperation offers, one of them from The Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology.

On March 15-16, Arloopa had its own booth at Wearable Technology Show in London.
“We showed our AR and VR solutions. People present were especially impressed with our new product - AR hockey that will soon launch on Windows platform. Another project we presented allows to place in real world 3D objects you can touch and work with. Our virtual Einstein and Mher Mkrtchyan drew attention at the exhibition,” observed Arloopa CEO.
According to him, they attended two different panels within the Show.
“The first subject was startups and how to make right product design, and the second was AR companies’ panel, where they presented what they did,” told Arman Atoyan.
It is worth mentioning that the company received invitations to participate in a number of VR and AR conferences in Bulgaria, Great Britain and USA in future.
