VivaCell-MTS’ consolidated capital investment amounted to 10.3 billion drams in 2015

One of the key performance indicators of business operation is capital investment. In 2015, the capital investment  figure of VivaCell-MTS amounted to 10.3 billion drams.

Like in previous years, in 2015 also, among other long-term capital investment targets, VivaCell-MTS has also invested heavily in its mobile communication network by continuing the coverage expansion and network strengthening works across Armenia.

As the indisputable leader in terms of the mobile network coverage, VivaCell-MTS provides 2G and 3G coverage for the 99.8 % and 98.8% of the population, respectively. And 46.6% of the population is provided with 4G/LTE coverage.

In total, 2005 through 2015, VivaCell-MTS has had 191.4 billion drams in capital investment (CAPEX).
