ArmenTel to transfer Bagratashen telecommunications hub

ArmenTel (Beeline trademark) will carry out works in Bagratashen telecommunication hug on the night of February 22.

“Due to the large-scale construction works being carried out in Bagratashen Customs Terminal, ArmenTel will transfer Bagratashen telecommunication hub to a safer distance from the construction site to prevent accidental damage to the telecommunication channel connecting Armenia with the outer world.

With regard to it, the international network and the access to the resources located outside Armenia might be disrupted during the transfer works. The works will be launched on the night of February 21 and 22 and will last from approximately 2:00 to 6:00 in the morning. The company intends to set in motion all technical and human resources to complete the transfer as soon as possible”, the company’s statement reads.
