ArmenTel shares with its practice in HR management

Yerevan/Mediamax/. On January 27, 2012, a round table on the experience exchange of professionals  working in the sphere of human resource management, organizational behavior and staff management of ArmenTel’ CJSC and Association of HR Specialists of Armenia at ArmenTel Beeline University.

Representatives of over 20 Armenian employer companies and representatives of small and medium enterprise took part in the round table. ArmenTel HR specialists shared with their colleagues the skills and strategies of selecting staff, professional development, motivation and staff assessment applied by the “VimpelCom” group, the company reports.

“As one of the major employer in Armenia, ArmenTel hails the events within which the professionals of various companies exchange their experience in the staff management sphere.  Such initiatives contribute to uniting of HR specialists of Armenia for discussing and solving the urgent issues in the sphere of HR management and indicate that Armenia’s business environment passed to a brand new level of development”, noted the Director of Organizational Development and Staff Management of ArmenTel Liana Khachatryan.
