Three Armenian companies awarded “Ruban d’Honneur” by European Business Awards

Yerevan/Mediamax/. Three Armenian companies – “VivaCell-MTS” mobile connection operator, “Innova Solutions” IT Company and “VISTAA Plus” consulting company were awarded “Ruban d’Honeur” at European Business Awards.  The awarding ceremony is taking place for the fourth time and this year is sponsored by HSBC Group.

Mediamax reports that, speaking at a news conference in Yerevan today, “HSBC Bank Armenia” CEO Astrid Clifford stated that participation of Armenian companies in selection of winners became possible due to presence of HSBC Group in Armenia, informing that the applications for awards were presented by about 1000 companies from all over Europe and 9 companies from Armenia. “European Business Awards jury selected 100 best companies from all over Europe, including 3 Armenian enterprises”, Astrid Clifford stated.

“Ruban d’Honneur” of European Business Awards are awarded in 9 award categories: The Infosys Business of the Year Award, The RSM International Entrepreneur of the Year Award, The UKTI Award for Innovation, The Award for Customer Focus, The HSBC Growth Strategy of the Year Award, The Employer of the Year Award, The Award for Corporate Sustainability, The Environmental Awareness of the Year Award and the Chairman’s Choice Award.  HSBC Bank Armenia Commercial Banking Head Aram Pinajyan explained that the winners are selected basing on a study of their financial reporting and achievements in the course of the past year.

 Astrid Clifford informed that the winners will receive their awards at the Gala-Dinner of European Business Awards, which will take place on November 16 in Paris.
