Mediamax was informed in the press service of the company that Ralph Yirikian said this during his meeting with representatives of “Armenian Young Women’s Association” NGO.

General Director of “VivaCell-MTS” Ralph Yirikian stressed that the path to efficient management starts with introduction of a civilized model of management, based on moral values inside the company and careful attitude towards each person, ruling out any discrimination.

“Irrespective of the status and the level of responsibility, respect should represent absolute value for all. To demand and not to give anything in return is a hopeless approach. We are sure that respect causes the feeling of responsibility, devotion and readiness to achieve the set tasks to the benefit of the company. The efforts of employees should be appreciated irrespective of their age or sex”, Ralph Yirikian stated.
