Public TV of Armenia broadcasting launched in Orange ADSL network

Yerevan /Mediamax/. Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Edward Nalbandian and General Director of France Telecom Didier Lombard announced in Paris today the inclusion of Public TV of Armenia programs (H1) in television network of Orange today.

As Mediamax was told in the press service of France Telecom, H1 programs are from now on available at 305 channel of Orange ADSL network.

The press service of the company recalled that the start of relations between Armenia and France Telecom took place back in 1988, when after the disastrous Spitak earthquake the French operator sent a mobile satellite antenna to Armenia to establish connection with the world.

Starting from 2000, France Telecom has been assisting organization of annual phoneton of the Armenian Foundation of France.

The press service noted that by the end of 2009, Orange Armenia mobile operator will start functioning in Armenia.
