Due to the coronavirus pandemic, Rostelecom has been working in emergency mode for a month, serving subscribers round-the-clock and providing high-quality, reliable services.
The company has also taken into account the importance of distance learning and remote working in these circumstances and provided the subscribers a number of services and tools for production work, organization of online learning, and recreation.
Earlier, due to the restrictions implied by the lockdown, Rostelecom announced it postponed the terms for payment for services. Despite that, many subscribers made all their payments by the pre-lockdown schedule.
"As one of the leading telecom operators in Armenia, Rostelecom considers it a duty to provide high-quality, reliable services, particularly during the state of emergency. We are happy and grateful to have loyal clients who appreciate our work, as evidenced by their active use of our services, positive feedback and responsible approach to payment. We hope this positive attitude will serve as an example and our cooperation will grow more productive," said Rostelecom Armenia CEO Hayk Faramazyan.
