Ucom has announced that the customer care services of the company will be closed temporarily.
“We announced yesterday that certain offices will remain open and work in emergency mode, but taking into account the drastic increase of coronavirus cases in the country and valuing the health of our clients and staff, Ucom has decided to temporarily close all offices,” the company said.
The exception has been made for the branch at Northern Avenue in Yerevan, which will operate with special conditions:
- The working hours are established from 10am to 7pm;
- Customers can enter the office only with face masks;
- Customers must take the temperature before entering.
Purchase of services and devices can be made exclusively online.
Payments can be made via uPay app as well as TelCell, Mobidram, Idram, EasyPay and other terminals, ArCa app and ATMs, a number of banking apps, etc.
The company has assured that all technical support departments are securing high-quality service 24/7 to maintain continuous communications for Ucom subscribers.
