Rostelecom to maintain round-the-clock remote service

Rostelecom takes consistent measures aimed at providing continuous high-quality services amid the pandemic and securing remote service for subscribers.

The headquarters and all sale and customer care offices of the companies are being disinfected, and remote work has been organized for the majority of employees in the company’s departments.

“The outbreak of COVID-19 virus is a worrying and sobering fact. We understand that it is important to be informed and to have continuous, reliable connection. The company has taken measures to prevent the spread of the virus, raise awareness about it among employees, and provide quality services to the customers.

The staff of Rostelecom spares no efforts and works extra hard in order to secure continuous, high-quality communications for the customers. Stay safe!” said Rostelecom Armenia CEO Hayk Faramazyan.

The company works in special mode these days, securing communications 24/7:

- Over-the-phone service is available for all subscribers at 060 46 00 00 number. Certain transactions (re-signing of contract, subscription to or cancelation of services, change of tariff plan, etc.) can be done via contacting the line.

- The Call Center and Technical Maintenance department work round-the-clock.

- Customers can subscribe to services by visiting the online subscription page which operates 24/7 or by calling 060 46 46 46 line, which operates round the clock.

- All children’s and entertainment TV channels on Rostelecom Smart TV have been made available to all subscribers.

- The payments can be made online on the company’s official website.

- Subscribers can call the Health Ministry’s 8003 hotline for free.

Rostelecom has announced that all sale and customer care offices will be temporarily closed on March 17. Information about re-opening of the offices will be issued accordingly.
