Beeline Armenia is holding this year’s first Customer Day, an event dedicated to the international holiday of the same name.
Over 60 senior managers of the company will visit sale and customer care offices in different branches to work with clients, hear their suggestions and wishes, and congratulate them on Customer Day.
Beeline Armenia CEO Andrey Pyatakhin has already congratulated the clients at the office on Tigran Mets Avenue today.
“We hold Customer Day every quarter of the year and as a tradition already, we connect it with this wonderful holiday. I would like to note that this is the format of communication that helps us get the necessary feedback, which enables Beeline to improve the products and the service and gradually become more convenient, simpler, and closer to our dear subscribers,” he said.
Apart from Customer Day, held once a quarter, the company collects feedback by asking subscribers to evaluate the services and the given office which they are visiting at the moment, and conducting surveys via SMS texts. With these methods Beeline collected and processed over 65,000 responses last year.
As a result, 11 most active users were invited to the administrative office of Beeline Armenia, where they were given a tour to various departments, including the customer care center and Beeline Museum of Communications.
