VivaCell-MTS hosts discussion on mobilization preparedness

Ministry of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies of Armenia and VivaCell-MTS agreed to cooperate maximally efficiently in sectors of mobilization preparedness and civil defense.

The agreement was reached at the visit of Armen Arzumanyan, acting Deputy Minister of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies of Armenia, and Artak Kirakosyan, Head of Mobilization Preparedness and Civil Defense Division, to VivaCell-MTS office.

The sides covered legal acts in sectors of mobilization preparedness and civil defense, as well as implementation of fundamental efforts, which will contribute to increasing efficiency of further cooperation.

According to Armen Arzumanyan, the efficient and uninterrupted connection is essential for unified system of state governance when it comes to mobilization preparedness, military and emergency situations. He noted that a number of works have already been implemented in this direction. Particularly, legislative field has been regulated to a certain extent, though there are still gaps to be filled with joint efforts.
