Open Game Computer and Mobile Games Championship registration application process has started.
Open Game Championship has been organized since 2011 by joint efforts of the Union of Information Technology Enterprises and Orange Armenia, now Ucom.
The contest will be held in 3 rounds during which the participants will present their computer and mobile games then develop them with the help of professional jury.
The jury is composed of the heads of the leading companies in the game development industry.
“Our company has always attached importance to supporting education of the new generation and has made great contribution to both the development of the IT industry and in the field of children's education. We have established engineering labs in cooperation with UITE in Yerevan, marzes and bordering communities. This cooperation continues in Open Game Championship, as it enables the programming and coding industry to identify and develop the potential of our young generation, who would later form the basis for mastering the game development industry. Besides it will give opportunity to use coding skills acquired in other areas”, said Ucom CEO Hayk Yesayan.
