Beeline and Telcell announce that the number of universal payment points will be increased 4-fold at Beeline sales and service offices.
In these offices, associates specially trained by Telcell receive payments for all the available services - communal, parking, bank loans and international money transfers.
All in all, Telcell points are available in 21 Beeline sales and service offices. In the capital, Telcell universal points are operating in almost all the major Beeline offices. Jointly with Telcell, the program started last April when 5 payment points opened.
“The program with Telcell was launched after a survey among customers. The overwhelming majority of the surveyed said they would like to pay in our office not only for Beeline services but also other communal services. The customers note that the option would considerably save their time. A year has passed since the start of the program, and the 4-fold growth of numbers of the payments indicates that they are convenient for us and our customers and considerably reduce the time required for customer servicing. Beeline continues doing its best to make customer service simple and convenient”, said Beeline Armenia CEO Andrey Pyatakhin.
“Now, besides the standard package of services provided through Telcell network, one can get and send money transfers through Unistream even on week ends. Within upcoming days, Beeline office visitors will be able to make money transfers through other common systems”, said TelCell CEO Aram Azatyan.
Only through Telcell, over 5000 payments for different services are made in Beeline offices.
