ArmenTel considerably expands mobile network coverage in Armenia

ArmenTel (Beeline trademark) announced it has considerably expanded its GSM and 3G network coverage in Yerevan and six Armenian provinces.

In particular, new 3G base stations have been installed in Panik community in Shirak province, Drakhtik community in Gegharkunik province, Hovtashat community in Ararat province, Shvanidzor community in Syunik province, Proshyan, Katnaghbyur, Karbi and Arteni communities in Arahatsotn province and Arinj and Aghavnadzor communities in Kotayk province.

Beeline mobile network coverage was expanded also owing to the installation of GSM stations in Yerevan, Gavar, Jermuk and Martuni as well as Hovtashat community in Ararat  province and Shvanidzor community in Syunik province.

“There can be no convenient use of services without quality infrastructure and good mobile network coverage. We continuously carry out works aimed at the enhancement of the network realizing that it’s exactly the technical component that ensures service quality and comfort for our subscribers”, said ArmenTel CEO Andrey Pyatakhin.

In should be added that in May ArmenTel expanded the 3G network by installing new base stations in Arzni, Arinj and Bambakashat communities of Armavir and Kotayk regions.
