VivaCell-MTS will implement a major upgrade on the core network with the aim to enhance the network reliability and capabilities in delivering high-quality voice and data services on the night of June 3-4.
Accordingly, to make sure that the subscribers will not be affected, VivaCell-MTS specialists will work after midnight hours, starting 2 am, when there is a minimal load on the network.
“During the upgrade, the subscribers will not experience any difficulty using data services. It’s possible only that some subscribers will experience some problems with voice services and delays for incoming SMS messages and SMS delivery, until their handsets re-register and reconnect with the network. VivaCell-MTS Call Center is operational 24 hours /7days a week. Our team is always ready to provide the subscribers with any support needed”, VivaCell-MTS informed.
