VivaCell-MTS doesn't define date of introducing hybrid TV platform yet

VivaCell-MTS hasn't yet defined the date of introduction of hybrid TV platform.

MTS disseminated a press release according to which the group of companies started forming special TV packages which the operator will offer to broadband internet providers in Russian regions as well as in Armenia, Belarus and Ukraine.

In 2013, MTS started works on establishing hybrid TV platform which technologically combines broadcasting in 3 screens - TV, mobile devices and computers.

"Making part of MTS group, VivaCell-MTS is guided by overall corporate strategy of the group. As for hybrid TV platform, VivaCell-MTS also makes part of this general project though the accurate assessment of dates of introduction of the service in Armenia is not yet given", Mediamax was informed in the company's press service. They added that the introduction will be subject to dynamics and demands of the market.
