Yerevan/Mediamax/. Armenia is partially deprived of external internet because of a damage of the main line of FiberNet Company, which enters Armenia across the territory of Georgia.
Mediamax was informed in technical service of FiberNet that the damage took place on the territory of Armenia; however its exact location is not clear yet.
“At the moment, we are trying to detect the location of the damage, after which we will be able to inform on the timeframe for connection resumption”, the company said.
FiberNet is one of the three wholesale internet operators in Armenia, which have access to international connection lines.
