Orange launched “speed test” website

Yerevan/Mediamax/. Orange launched http://speedtest.orangearmenia.am/ website, which enables all Orange internet subscribers to measure their internet speed. 

Bruno Duthoit, Orange CEO, said: “Presently the question that mostly interests our internet subscribers is the one relating to internet speed. With the wish to meet our internet subscribers’ wishes, now, in addition to speed measurement system, embedded in internet modems, we provide them the possibility to measure their internet speed impartially and transparently also on our web site. In such case while measuring the internet speed, internet users see internet connection speed between their computers and Orange server”.
 
As from today it is also possible to measure internet speed in Orange network through www.speedtest.net source, with indication of Yerevan as the termination point and Orange as the server.
