Orange Armenia has not yet received a letter from SCPEC concerning administrative proceedings against the company

Orange Armenia Company CEO Bruno Duthoit commented today on the decision of State Committee for the Protection of Economic Competition (SCPEC) of Armenia on initiation of administrative proceedings against the company concerning possible violation of the legislation, in particular, unfair competition.

Mediamax reports that while speaking to journalists, Bruno Duthoit noted that this is a normal practice in democratic countries, where the subscribers can voice their discontent. He stressed that he has not yet received an official letter from SCPEC, and when the document is thoroughly studied, the company will give an official comment.
