“VivaCell-MTS” became the general sponsor of broadcasting major world sport events on Public Television of Armenia

Yerevan /Mediamax/. “VivaCell-MTS” will be the general sponsor of broadcasting major world sport events on Public Television of Armenia (PTA) in 2010-2012.

Mediamax reports that the corresponding agreement was signed by “VivaCell-MTS” General Manager Ralph Yirikian and Executive Director of PTA Armen Arzumanyan today.

Armen Arzumanyan informed in that 2010-2012, PTA, given support of “VivaCell-MTS”, will broadcast Winter Olympic Games (2010), Football World Cup Finals (2010), UEFA Champions League (2010-2011), Summer Olympic Games (2012) and Europe Football Cup Finals (2012).

According to Ralph Yirikian, “VivaCell-MTS” once again demonstrates readiness to be a partner of sport.

“We appreciate the taste and the preferences of everyone, thus meeting interests of as larger an audience as possible. By taking upon it this sponsorship, our company gives the public a chance to watch big-time sport”, Ralph Yirikian stated.

He stressed that 3G network of “VivaCell-MTS” also serves these goals. “Today everyone, whose cell phone is connected to our 3G network, may watch the events in world sport due to the service of mobile TV”, General Manager of the company stated.
