Armenian engineers and designers create prosthetic cases for amputees

EngineerX, "Oqni" NGO, Aren Mehrabyan Foundation teamed up to organize an industrial design hackathon, where participants designed and showcased innovative healthcare solutions.

The hackaton enabled the industrial designers and engineers to use own designer solutions, 3D modeling and skills to assist amputees in Armenia and the world.

The winners were awarded for their innovative ideas that led to creation of prosthetic cases for amputees. The first two winners are Areg Khalatyan and Elen Grigoryan.

The supporting partners of the hackaton were Fab Lab Armenia, Armenia SWUG, and STRIVE project.
