Rostelecom donates AMD 2m to Health Ministry’s coronavirus prevention account

Rostelecom Armenia has transferred AMD 2 million to the treasury account, opened for the Health Ministry for efforts aimed at prevention and overcoming of the coronavirus outbreak.

The funds will be allocated to encouragement of medical staff, purchase of medical equipment and relevant goods, as well as improvement of conditions in the buildings of medical centers.

“We consider it our duty to support the country and people in every way in order to make things easier in this situation. All our efforts are aimed at securing quality communications for people at home and those who work round-the-clock in emergency mode for prevention and overcoming of the outbreak,” said Rostelecom Armenia CEO Hayk Faramazyan.
