Viva-MTS has shifted to an emergency mode: the employees, whose duties do not require physical presence in the office, will work at home.
The company will conduct stricter oversight of provision of continuous communications. Customer care offices will be temporarily closed starting from March 17.
Payments should be made via Mobidram app, Viva-MTS online payment system, as well as other online platforms and payment terminals.
Information about numbers, tariff plans, etc. can be obtained via My Viva-MTS mobile app. Subscribers need to download it from Google Play or App Store. They can also use *130# code to request information.
The information about Viva-MTS services and products is available on the company’s official website and Facebook page. Clients can contact the company via Facebook Messenger and the website, or they can call Viva-MTS hotline.
The hotline still operates 24/7. Viva-MTS subscribers can call it dialing 11, while clients in roaming have to call +374 93 297111 (the call is free for Viva-MTS subscribers). Questions about fixed-line and cloud services should addressed to 060 61 00 00 number.
Due to the current situation, the company said, services will not be halted because of unpaid debts. The payment terms will be moved to April 16.
