Ucom launches emergency mode

Ucom has decided to work in emergency mode.

34 customer care offices will operate in the country, the rest will be temporarily closed. Disinfection is already underway in the sale and customer care offices.

In the offices that will remain open, the staff will wear protective masks and gloves, and the disinfection means will always be available.

The monitoring center, server rooms, technical maintenance department and other strategic departments are ready to work 24/7.

The calls to the Health Ministry’s hotline 8003 are free even for subscribers with no funds on the balance.

The company has added films in “Free” section of the video rental on uTV, which contains films of various genres for all age groups. The films can be watched for free.
