Beeline Startup Incubator hosts master class by Alex Shootman

Beeline Startup Incubator has hosted the master class of Alex Shootman, one of the top 10 CEOs in the world.
 
The American entrepreneur met with founders of resident startups of the incubator, investors of Business Angel Network of Armenia (BANA) and partners.

CEO at Workfront Alex Shootman has more than 25 years of leadership experience in a number of tech companies, including IBM, BMC Software, Vignette, as well as Apptio and Eloqua that operate with SaaS.

In his speech Alex Shootman shared his professional experience, talking about the importance of leadership in work management and working environment. He attached importance to the connection between technologies and work management. Shootman also attached importance to definition and development of motivation and vision to provide efficiency.

Alex Shootman presented one of the most relevant topics of current work management. “Although technological innovations have improved the quality of work, there are issues in the management that need to be addressed.”

“Right management is important for a successful business, and receiving advice from such experienced managers is invaluable for young and starting entrepreneurs. I am convinced that this and other similar meetings will be very useful for the teams of Beeline Startup Incubator,” Beeline Armenia CEO Andrey Pyatakhin said.
