Beeline announces facilitation of employment process

Beeline announced incorporation of modern and digital methods of human resource management.

In particular, the applicants can pass the preliminary stage of the interview in video version. The process of integration of new employees has also been simplified. To help them easily integrate and continue their career at Beeline, the company incorporated a new three-month program for orientation of new employees.

“Coming up as a responsible employer is among our most important strategic directions, and we are constantly improving the process of human resource management. First of all, the video interview allows the applicants to introduce themselves better. Secondly, once employed the new member of the company gets a buddy, an experienced employee, who helps get acquainted with the company’s processes, culture and, of course, partners. We wish that all our employees feel free, demanded, being able to discover their opportunities,” Beeline Armenia CEO Andrey Pyatakhin said.
