Yet another Customer Day was announced at Beeline on June 21.
On the mentioned day, Beeline management and staff from different divisions (total more than 50 employees) communicated and worked with clients at sales and customer service centers throughout Armenia.
“We work every hour and day with Beeline subscribers, trying to make our services simpler and more convenient, as well as show each of them an individual approach. Customer Day is also a very efficient and useful tool, as it allows us to introduce the subscribers to ongoing services and receive their feedback on concerning issues. We still have some improvements to do, so we will continue our consistent work in that direction unless we become the most subscriber-oriented operator on the market,” Beeline Armenia CEO Andrey Pyatakhin said.
