The culture of management and customer care, as well as the continuously improving services and innovations presented by Armenia’s leading telecommunications operator remain in the focus of students’ attention. Yet another open class was organized at the headquarters of VivaCell-MTS for the students of the Department of Services of the School of Geography and Geology, Yerevan State University.
The students specializing in the customer care familiarized themselves with the model of business administration of the Company, basics of mobile communication technologies and the system of values – the role of the responsible approach in success and achievements.
“Success in business requires new ideas, flexible marketing solutions, accurate calculations, analysis and forecasts at equal proportion. The tool embracing all the above is the culture of civilized customer care. Our competitive advantage is the sum total of it all,” said VivaCell-MTS General Manager Ralph Yirikian.
A tour was organized in the headquarters of the Company. The students visited call and service centers. Their meeting with the General Manager rounded up with a Q/A. Organization of similar events in the frame of cooperation with universities is valuable in terms of experience exchange.
