Regional final of Eurasia Mobile Challenge to take place in Yerevan

Chief Executive Officer of Eurasia at VimpelCom Mikhail Gerchuk informed journalists today that regional final of Eurasia Mobile Challenge international contest will take place in January, 2017, Yerevan.

“Teams will be determined during this event, which will take part in Global Mobile Challenge in Barcelona. We encourage startups from Eurasian countries to introduce their ideas through this contest. We have great experience of working with entrepreneurs and venture foundations,” he said.

Beeline Armenia CEO Andrey Pyatakhin said in his turn that the company is ready to support any interesting idea.

“We want to become a part of telecommunications and technologies ecosystem. We wish to help young people get even better opportunities. We are open to the new ideas, and we are ready to support any interesting idea, that may be offered. Currently we are working on the development of several ideas. Those ideas are so interesting, that they can be localized in other countries as well,” Andrey Pyatakhin said.
