Microsoft Armenia has a new Director

New Director of Microsoft Armenia is Liana Korkotyan who is assigned instead of Eva Hyusyan.

Liana Korkotyan met with Armenian Minister of Education and Science, Armen Ashotyan.

According to the source, programs aimed at high technology boosting in Ministry’s education system were discussed during the meeting.

Microsoft’s representatives presented their offers over the meeting in terms of helping the state program in providing computers for first grade pupils.

An agreement was reached on submitting a full proposal by Microsoft and adjusting the list of schools involved in the pilot program.

During this period the company will work on computers with educational content and technical parameters complying with the localization direction cooperating with Ministry of Education and science National Center for Educational Technologies.
