VivaCell-MTS launches “Fast” service

Now VivaCell-MTS subscribers to “City Talks” postpaid tariff plan have an opportunity to use the new “Fast” service that allows initiating a switch to the “Personal” via the mobile phone.

To use this opportunity one needs to apply for the switch of the tariff plan by dialing *198# from the mobile phone and following the instructions.

After submitting the application, subscriber’s phone number gets included in the corresponding list. And in case the switching process is successfully completed, the switch to the “Personal” tariff plan is made on the first day of the next month.

To terminate the switch one should enter the *198# menu and choose the corresponding command.

The service is provided free of charge.
