Beeline has awarded the three subscribers who took part in the SMS-inquiry in the frames of its program aimed at the Improvement of Quality of Customer Service. They were the first to express gratitude to the company for removing balance top-up expiration date.
The awards ceremony was held at Beeline sales and service office on 24 Azatutyun where company’s CEO Andrey Pyatakhin presented the special prizes – Beeline Smart Duo smartphones – to Yerevan residents Anna Hakobyan and Sergey Hovhannisyan and to Armavir resident Ani Minasyan.
“Beeline is presently the only operator in Armenia the subscribers of which do not have to think of expiration dates. We have received various words of gratitude during a short period of time for this unprecedented change in Armenia’s telecommunications market. Beeline subscribers can use the topped up amount whenever they want as those amounts are not “burned” or “frozen.” Remaining committed to this customer-oriented strategy Beeline will continue to make surprises for its subscribers who are always by our side and help make our services most simple and convenient,” said Andrey Pyatakhin.
The company announced the elimination of balance top-up expiration date in February 2014.
