VivaCell-MTS network breakdown eliminated

VivaCell-MTS announces that yesterday at 21:36 a part of its subscribers in Yerevan, Aragatsotn, Armavir and Kotayk regions started experiencing intermittent disruption of mobile services because of а technical incident in one of the network subsystems.

At 22:45 VivaCell-MTS’ rapid response team identified the root cause of the technical incident, and fully resolved the problem.

During the same period the Call Center of the Company handled considerably higher than average call volumes.

Currently all services are recovered and functioning properly.

VivaCell-MTS sincerely apologizes for the inconveniences caused to its subscribers.
