Orange to organize a music holiday in Yerevan on June 21

On June 21, Orange is inviting all the music lovers to celebrate the World Music Day for the sixth year in a row.

The longest day of the year, June 21, is celebrated in more than 700 cities in the world by professional musicians and amateurs as the Music Day performing free in the streets, parks and squares of different cities.

Orange is organizing a concert at Liberty Square in Yerevan at 19:00 which will host The Beautified Project, The Windrose, EmpYraY and U.S.-based Palm of Granite bands.

After 21:00, rock music will be performed on the Orange stage at the Charles Aznavour Square performed live by Vordan Karmir, Nairi, HIGH and ATMOS rock bands.

Upon the initiative of the French Embassy, amateurs and music bands will perform modern French songs within Top pour 2015 concert at the Charles Aznavour Square at 19:00- 21:00.

Upon the Ministry of Culture of Armenia, Arevner children’s choir will perform at the Victory Park at 19:00, and a jazz and pop concert will be held with participation of students of the Yerevan Pop and Jazz Art College and individual performers.

At 19:30, Old Band folk vocal quartet, Zangakner group and Art Vocal Ensemble will perform for classical and ethno music lovers at the Yerevan Conservatoire Park.
