Home Planning website designed by Armenian specialists was launched. It allows visitors to plan their home 3D interior without a designer’s help.
Using your imagination, you can design the room or house of your dreams. You can try various options - to place furniture, change the color of the walls, ceiling and floor and see the final result.
The website differs from similar platforms on the market by 2 main features. First, you can design your house with the items on the market which are presented on the website. Second, you can add items to the cart to see the price for the design with your chosen items.
Home Planning is co-founded by Vahagn Hovhannisyan, Mihran Babayan and Arsen Mkhitaryan.
Talking to Itel.am, they say that they came up with the idea of the platform last year during their home repairs.
The authors of the site note that many people in the world need professional support in this issue. These people also need consultancy to choose the products on the market.
“Home Planning will give the necessary information, consultancy and support producers whose products are used to repair the house”, notes Vahagn Hovhannisyan.
According to him, besides the main function, the website “may become an excellent platform for development and education among designers and architects”.
“Through the project, we want to show people that design and repairs process is in fact fun, cost-efficient and educative”, he says.
Mihran Babayan notes that as of now, Armenia is their target.
“We are negotiating with a number of construction and design companies. If we succeed, we will present the stores in the platform to help users make their choices easily”, he notes.
The company already cooperates with Chinese CNBM which is engaged in construction materials production and development of buildings.
The newly development platform is one of the 8 teams participating in “MIC Acceleration” program initiated by the Microsoft Innovation Center Armenia.
By the way, Home Planning is invited to take part in the Wolves Summit in Poland on April 14-16. Now the founders of the site are seeking funding to take part in the forum.
