VivaCell-MTS calls increase by 6.32% at New Year

VivaCell-MTS announced the number of SMS messages and calls on its network on December 31, 2014 and January 1, 2015.

VivaCell-MTS’ network handled 3,352,129 SMS messages on December 31, the New Year’s Eve before midnight, with a further 3,102,070 on January 1, 2015.

21,303,637 calls were handled through VivaCell-MTS network on December 31, 2014 before midnight, and another 21,382,323 on January 1, 2015.

In total 6,454,199 short messages and 42,685,960 calls were handled by VivaCell-MTS network on December 31, 2014 and January 1, 2015.

Compared to the same period of the previous year, the number of calls increased by 6.32% and the number of SMS decreased by 14.43%.
