Now the greater part of the opportunities provided by VivaCell-MTS’ “Internet Assistant” self-care portal are available also through a mobile application, which can be downloaded from the Google Play and App Store.
The application is available in Armenian (depending on the model and the operation system of the phone), English and Russian.
The mobile application is compatible with Android 2.3 and iOS 6.0 operation systems and their latest updates.
“Internet Assistant” portal lets the subscriber control his or her account – check it, recharge it, make payments and other transactions, activate, deactivate and configure services, choose a tariff plan, address questions to 111 Hot Line operators and get the answers online, send SMS, etc.
