VivaCell-MTS hosted 40 students from the faculty of Marketing of the French University of Armenia.
The students had a chance to interact with the Company’s professionals and have a practical course by presenting their ideas of modifications of the VivaCell-MTS’ “Yes” tariff plan and listening to comments by VivaCell-MTS management and marketing experts.
The students got acquainted with the history of creation of VivaCell-MTS. The General Manager of the Company shared with the youth the story of his success and his vision of effective management. The guests together with Ralph Yirikian toured inside the company and got acquainted with the operational processes of the Commuting Center, Call Center and Service Center.
“It is important to share the rich experience and the practical skills accumulated during the many years of work with the young generation. This can be achieved by giving them a chance to express their thoughts and discussing with them professional and, why not, more general issues that will guide them throughout their lives. When we are young, there are moments when we feel the need for support from someone more experienced,” noted VivaCell-MTS General Manager Ralph Yirikian.
