Updated version of “My Orange” mobile app launched

Orange launched an updated version of “My Orange” mobile application, introducing new features for the convenience of application users.

From now on, all users will have a direct access to 10 Armenian radio channels through their application. The radio channels are regrouped on a single page which makes the navigation smooth and easy.

A special page with recommended applications is put at the disposal of “My Orange Armenia” users where customers will find useful mobile applications, amongst which applications provided under special conditions such as PicsArt.

With “My Orange” application Orange customers will be able to directly activate international bundles as well as get “Plus” bundles to call international destinations and customers of other operators at more affordable prices.

The new version of the application will also enable users to contribute to charitable activities of the Orange Foundation from everywhere and at any time they wish. With only one push of the button “My Orange Armenia” users will be able to donate 100AMD or 500AMD to support the “Let’s keep children home” program.

“My Orange Armenia” application is progressing fast and has already found its place amongst the preferred application of Armenian mobile customers. Orange customers who have downloaded it have an easy access to entertaining content and are able to manage their accounts or make contributions to our charitable projects at a simple finger touch. We were the first to launch such type of mobile application and we will continue to improve “My Orange” to make it always more valuable and easy-to-use addressing the expectations of our customers”, said Francis Gelibter, the CEO of Orange Armenia.  

“My Orange” application, made for Android and iOS platforms is free of charge and allows Orange customers to check their balance, make recharges, check Orange Merci points and convert them into minutes, SMS or data bundles, buy international minutes bundles, activate or deactivate the roaming service, watch TV and use Orange Kino service etc.

Updated version of “My Orange” mobile application is currently available on Play Market, and will be available on AppStore in a week.
