The personal investment of VivaCell-MTS employees in the fence construction on the territory St.Astvatsatsin church in Vedi

The leading telecommunications operator in Armenia has been following an ethical model of management in the Armenian market for already 9 years. The system values adopted in the organization, which implies putting corporate responsibility at the core of its activities, has already become a worldview for VivaCell-MTS employees. Their desire to help the country and the society is realized through numerous projects; employees of different departments of the company make decisions and gather funds for their implementation.

One of these programs has been carried out in the yard of St.Astvatsatsin church, Vedi. This time it was the staff of VivaCell-MTS technical department that made personal investment in the program. The managerial staff also took part in the initiative, encouraging the employees. Over AMD 3,5 million was gathered as a result of the joined donation, which served to the realization of the construction program. The territory of the church was separated by a fence and entrance gates.

The construction works were organized and accomplished within a month. The cause was honest, and the means came from the bottom of heart. Cleaning works of the renovated yard were carried out by the program initiators themselves, the employees of VivaCell-MTS technical department.
