VivaCell-MTS coverage map available on the company’s site

In accordance with the Public Services Regulatory Commission Decision No 70N dated

April 2, 2014, the list of localities with/without VivaCell-MTS’ network coverage, as well as the information on services provided and technologies applied in respective localities, are publicized
on the Company’s official website (under the link http://www.mts.am/individual-customers/help).

Information on services and relevant technologies used in the settlements with coverage is also available on the company’s site.

You can get the information in all the VivaCell-MTS service centers as well.

Mediamax recalls that in late March, member of Public Services Regulatory Commission Samvel Arabajyan said that there is no settlement in Armenia without mobile network any more.

According to him, 68% of Armenia’s territory is covered with 3 operators’ networks, 23%- 2 operators and 8.5%- only 1 operator.

Samvel Arabajyan added that under the Decision of the Commission, the operators should publish information on their sites on the service they provide noting the used technologies. The same refers to the list of the settlements where there is no mobile coverage.
