ADC had to immediately change its upstream provider

On January 14 and 15, ADC subscribers had problems with internet service who are currently fixed.

On January 14 the company informed its clients that they “are currently undergoing unexpected upstream provider change”.

The company reported on January 14 that “connection with new upstream provider has been established; however there is a process of BGP filter updates that need to take place in all global networks around the globe for traffic flows to be reactivated".
