ArmenTel to continue free provision of hosting service by the end of the year

Yerevan/Mediamax/. ArmenTel (Beeline trademark) announced today prolongation of the stage of testing-commercial operation of “Hosting” service for legal entities till December 31, 2011. By the end of the year the service will be provided free of charge.

“Hosting” service gives the customers the chance to place the website with their domain name at the hosting platform of ArmenTel.

The customer is provided a certain disk space on the server, means of access (URL-hosting.beeline.am with the corresponding Login and password) and server administration, settings tools and configurations, e-mail addresses, etc.

“ArmenTel, as the largest internet provider and the universal connection operator in the country, continues supporting local founders of website resources. The offer will undoubtedly contribute to development of national content in Armenia, and the hosting of websites inside the country will allow guaranteeing high speed and reliability of access to the contents of the web-resource”, ArmenTel General Director Igor Klimko said.

Within the framework of the service, 5 tariff plans are provided for: Small, Medium, Office, Extra, Professional. These are provided free of charge in the course of the testing-commercial operation.

In Small tariff plan, the customer is provided 50MB disk space, Medium – 100MB, Office – 300MB, Extra – 500MB, and Professional – 1GB.

All tariff plans provide the chance of full reserve copying by the customer, access to the statistics of website traffic, support of domains, sub-domains, MySQL database, email addresses, etc. The functional capacities of the service include support of DNS, SSL protocol, FTP access, Java Applications, etc.
