Yerevan/Mediamax/. Orange informed today that customers can now read Armenian pages on internet with their HTC Desire HD and HTC Desire Z smartphones.
“Several months ago, listening to the requests of its customers, Orange has asked HTC, its official partner, to bring a solution to the issue, as a result of which today two smartphones already “understand” Armenian”, company's press office said.
Customers who have bought HTC Desire HD or HTC Desire Z in Orange shops can get all necessary upgrades in Orange Care corners.
More “advanced” users can obtain the upgrades themselves, by downloading Android 2.3.3 version.
Orange will continue its efforts towards the support of Armenian characters in HTC smartphones and other Android-based devices, with the objective to include all possible models, company said.
